Maksim Naruta
CEO, Member of the Board

Maksim Naruta is the CEO and a Member of the Board at Zacharias, where he oversees the firm’s strategic direction, operations, and key client relationships. With extensive expertise in designing advanced legal and financial structures, Maksim caters to the private banking needs of numerous high-net-worth individuals and families. His professional network spans Switzerland, Europe, and the Middle East, enabling him to deliver tailored solutions in a global context.

Before stepping into his current role, Maksim gained valuable experience across a variety of senior positions at Zacharias and roles in private banking and family offices throughout Eastern Europe. He began his career at Baltikums Bank AS in Latvia.

Maksim holds a BSc in Economics, with majors in Finance and Economics, from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. He is currently pursuing an Executive MBA (’23-25) at the University of Zürich.

Agne Mild
Head of Compliance & Administration, Director

Agne Mild is responsible for keeping the operations of Zacharias in line with applicable rules and regulations. Her tasks range from monitoring business operations and preventing infractions, to preparing and reviewing internal policies, to researching legal requirements for new initiatives.

She spent the last decade as a private banker at Bendura Bank AG (Liechtenstein) with a focus on institutional clients from Eastern Europe. Due to her intensive compliance involvement during the years, Agne brings to Zacharias both practical know-how and the theoretical knowledge of existing legal frameworks in the financial industry.

Agne started her career 15 years ago with SEB (Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB) in Lithuania. She holds a BSc in Management and Business Administration from Kaunas Technology University in Kaunas with specialisation in Financial Management and a MSc in Banking and Financial Management from Liechtenstein University in Vaduz.

Fabrice Tischhauser, CFA
Head of Portfolio Management, Member of the Board

Fabrice Tischhauser is responsible for portfolio management at Zacharias. He specializes in constructing tailored investment portfolios for private clients by integrating both internal and external macro and fundamental analysis. Fabrice expertise extends to alternative asset classes, with a focus on uncorrelated investments and quantitative strategies.

In addition to his current role, Fabrice has held senior positions in private banking, serving as a relationship manager at LGT in Liechtenstein, Deutsche Bank, and Coutts in Zürich. Fabrice is also a partner and chairman of the board at Maiestas Asset Management, where he continues to drive innovation in wealth management and family office services.

Fabrice is a CFA charterholder and graduated from the European Business School in Bordeaux and Münster.

George Chesnokov
Head of Business Development

George Chesnokov is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in executive and supervisory roles in corporate finance and asset management. He brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of delivering exceptional value to clients and partners alike.

In his current role, George’s responsibilities encompass a wide range of critical functions, with a focus on business development, client relationship management, and the development of proprietary investment products.

Before joining Zacharias AG, George held key positions at Dighton International Group, where he played an instrumental role in asset management, real estate, and private equity projects. His critical investment management decisions significantly contributed to the organization’s success. Additionally, George is a co-founder of Claim Makers, a consultancy company specializing in insurance claim management and dispute resolution in the UK.

Oliver Hauser
President of the Board

Oliver Hauser is the President of the Board at Zacharias, bringing over 30 years of experience across leading financial institutions. After earning his degree in commerce, Oliver began his career at Bank Julius Baer, where he quickly rose to become Head of Sales Trading. In 2002, he transitioned to Cheuvreux Switzerland in the same capacity, building on his expertise in financial markets.

In 2007, Oliver joined Lombard Odier as Head of Sales Trading and became a member of the Management Committee, further solidifying his leadership in the industry. In 2009, he co-founded a financial boutique in Zug, licensed for collective investment schemes (KAG), where he served as CEO.
