COO, Member of the Board

Maksim Naruta is the COO and Member of the Board at Zacharias. He is responsible for client relationships and operational management at Zacharias. He is experienced in creating sophisticated legal structures for the private banking needs of high-net-worth individuals and has a strong network of contacts across Switzerland, Europe, and Middle East.

Prior to his current role, Maksim served as the Managing Director and President of the Board at Zacharias and held a wide range of roles in private banks and family offices in Eastern Europe.

Maksim started his career in Baltikums Bank AS in Latvia and holds a BSc in Economics from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga with majors in Finance and Economics. He is currently a candidate in Executive MBA ’23-25 at the University of Zürich.
